UNMU represents nurses and midwives in Uganda both as a  professional body as well as a labor organization.We spearhead efforts geared towards improving their socio-economic welfare in the country as a whole. Our goals are to safeguard nurses’ and midwives’ interests and to influence nursing/midwifery education and practice, in order to serve the population of Uganda.
